WHERE CAN I GET THE MATCHING SCREEN SAVERS FOR YOUR WATCH COVERS?
Screen savers can be downloaded HERE. Use your phone to create a new photo watch face of the screen saver.
If the screen saver does not line up (it might happen with the older watch series) you can edit and crop the photo as needed.
THERE IS NOTHING LISTED IN YOUR SHOP, WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
I have scheduled sales for most of my items. All restock dates and times are announced on Instagram, Facebook, and via my newsletters.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Watch covers have a 6 week turn around time, soap attachments have a 3 week turn around time, and musubi makers have a 3 day turn around time. If there are any changes to this, it will be announced along with sale info.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is packed and shipped. If you need your item processed faster, please email me with your order number and date you'd like to receive your item by. I will try my best to accommodate you!
Orders ship via USPS First Class (approximately 2-5 days) or Priority Mail (approximately 1-3 days). Each package is insured up to $100.
Upgrading to Priority Mail DOES NOT decrease the processing time. It also does not guarantee an arrival date.
I am not responsible for items delayed or lost by USPS. Each item is insured via Shipsurance. If your order is lost or damaged, please email me right away. Damaged items need photographic proof, so please also send me pictures of your damaged item/s, plus pictures of the damage itself on the shipped box. I will need those to file a claim for you. Lost package claims cannot be filed until 20 business days after items were shipped.
Additionally, if your package was lost, you can click the USPS link here to start a search for it. Please also check with your neighbors, your mailman, or your local post office. A lot of times, packages are just mistakenly delivered to the wrong person or are mis-scanned and are still in transit to you.
International orders ship via USPS First Class only and can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Any taxes, fees, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside of my control. Please be aware of your country's policies before purchasing.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE APPLE WATCH I HAVE?
On the backside of the Apple Watch (the side that lays against the wrist) the SIZE and SERIES are printed around the sensor. There are currently six different sizes available-- 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 44mm, and 45mm.
The 41mm and 45mm covers fit the Series 7 & 8 watches. The 40mm and 44mm covers fit the Series 4, 5 and 6 watches. The 38mm and 42mm covers will fit the Series 3 and older watches.
It's very important to know which size you have before placing your order to ensure a proper fit. Please keep this in mind while ordering because all sales are final.
HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR ITEMS?
I put a lot of aloha into every piece I make, that being said, handmade items are not always unbreakable. Please be careful with your watch covers! They are made to be worn and used, but are still delicate items and will break if enough force is applied.
If for some reason you lose a rhinestone or your item breaks, please contact me. I want to be sure you get a quality item and I will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
Watch covers must be snapped on your watch correctly or you chance cracking the glitter or rhinestones, or even breaking the cover itself. Please click HERE for a video tutorial on how to snap on and remove your watch covers.
**DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS IN THE SUN OR HEAT** This will warp or bend your covers or soap dispensers. Covers will no longer fit your watch correctly if left in the heat. Warped covers are not fixable. They will need to be replaced.
Please hand wash your musubi makers. They are not dishwasher safe and will warp with hot water.
It is recommended to regularly rinse your soap attachments to prevent soap build up and leaking.
HOW WELL DO YOUR WATCH COVERS FIT?
Assuming you have the correct cover, it will fit nice and snug on the face of your Apple watch. The fit of the cover is within a fraction of a millimeter. Your cover should not wiggle, jiggle, or move when it's snapped correctly on to your watch.
FOR THE SERIES 4-7 WATCHES:
When putting your cover on, please snap it on side-to-side. These covers were designed to snap on left-to-right or right-to-left, not vertically. If you are confused, click HERE for a video tutorial.
FOR SERIES 3 OR OLDER:
When putting your cover on, please snap it down from bottom-to-top. If you are confused, click HERE for a video tutorial.

CAN I WEAR A SCREEN PROTECTOR WITH MY WATCH COVER?
No, screen protectors are not recommended. The fit is so snug that using any type of screen protector on your watch could potentially break or crack the cover. Use screen protectors at your own risk. I am not responsible for covers that are broken due to screen protector use.
WILL THE COVER STILL FIT WITH DIFFERENT WATCH BANDS?
The watch covers will snap over all Apple brand watch bands and SOME aftermarket watch bands. Please use your judgement before snapping your cover over aftermarket bands. Double check that the corners of the cover clear the band on both sides. If the band is not exactly flush to the corners of the watch, forcing the cover over it may lead to breakage. In this case, you should switch back to an Apple band.
Use aftermarket watch bands at your own risk. I am not responsible for covers that are broken due to aftermarket band use.

MY COVER BROKE OR FELL OFF, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY SOAP ATTACHMENT?
It is recommended that you rinse the mouse head part of your soap attachment after use. Left over foam will pop and build up over time and use. If not rinsed and maintained, the bubbles cannot form correctly and your mouse shape may start to come out uneven.
If your Method foaming soap dispenser is having problems and your foam comes out watery, you can rinse out the pump mechanism. Click HERE for a video tutorial. Alternatively, you can remove your attachment and try it on another Method dispenser.

Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, unless an error was made on my part.
Please review my current production and shipping estimates (above) to ensure your order will arrive on time. No refunds will be issued for "late" items.
Any references made by my designs is my interpretation of well known characters. I do not claim to own these images. They only inspire me to create.
I do my best to photograph and describe each item accurately, but as is the nature with handmade items, each piece will vary slightly from the listing images. For my watch covers, each rhinestone is hand-placed, and pieces will vary from cover to cover. Colors may also vary in appearance based upon your display & device settings.
